Our apartment overlooks an inward courtyard guaranteeing total quietness and peacefulness in spite of its very central location in Paris.

 

It has:

  • A small living/dining room including an all equipped American-style kitchen with 2 huge double-glazed window and the highest quality appliances:

    • 4- plate ceramic stove with large oven,
    • micro-wave oven,
    • dish-washer,
    • large refrigerator with freezer compartment,
    • washing machine,
    • toaster, coffee maker, kettle and mixer
    • utensils, pots and pans for cooking and baking,
    • cutlery, crockery, china, glass and silverware for up to 6 people,
    • fold-up dining table with 2 stools.

  • A bedroom with 2 huge double-glazed windows fitted with:

    • a large double bed with the highest quality mattress,
    • an extra pull out bed that comfortably sleeps another person if need be (although the apartment is meant for 2 people),
      The beds all come with sheets, fluffy eiderdowns and comforters, extra blankets and pillows. Enough linen is provided for the duration of your stay,
    • a huge built-in closet and a dresser that allows you to unpack, hang your clothes and hide your travel bags and suitcases.
    • a little office nook with a desk and chair and a computer loaded with softwares with Wi-Fi broadband internet DSL access at your disposal to let you stay in touch or work during your stay.

  • A fully equipped all-tiled bathroom with excellent lighting and a huge double-glazed window including:

    • a huge shower cabin large enough for 2 people,
    • a washbasin,
    • a bidet,
    • a toilet bowl.

    The bathroom has a heater and a hair dryer has been placed for your comfort. Enough bathroom linen is provided for the duration of your stay.

  • Internet access: the apartment is a hot spot boasting a High Speed (8 Mega bits/sec) Broadband DSL 24-hour Wi-Fi access with a computer left at your disposal. You can access internet with your laptop should you choose not to use the computer in the apartment.

  • A telephone with answering machine (to personalize your own outgoing message) can be used to receive and place local, long distance and international calls with any calling card or through any call back operator (AT&T, USA Direct, MCI...).
    Cash phone cards may also be bought and allow you to place calls from any phone by dialling a toll-free number.
    You can also use our computer to stay in touch and place calls with Skype, Yahoo Messenger, MSN Messenger or AOL Instant Messenger.

  • An electrical alarm clock.

  • A home entertainment system including:

    • a TV set with cable (DSL) TV offering numerous channels including English/American channels like CNN, Sky News International so that you stay connected even if you don't master the French language,
    • a multi standard, multi system VCR player allowing you to view all formats of movies on tape,
    • a multi zone DVD player, also featuring a CD/MP3 player,
    • a high quality sound stereo system with radio and CD player,
    • a cordless infrared headphone that allows you to watch TV without disturbing others in the flat.

  • The apartment is electrically heated with radiators located in every room. They let you set and maintain the temperature of your choice. It is not customary to have Air Conditioning in Paris. However, should you be there during the hot summer months, a high power silent fan will keep you cool.

  • You will also find a vacuum cleaner, an iron and ironing board as well as a broom, a mop, a bucket and cleaning supplies, convenient for longer stays.

  • A few tourist guides, maps and dictionaries books are at your disposal to get around during your stay.

  • 2 fire extinguishers for safety and 1 umbrella for rainy days.
