How to make a reservation ?
All bookings with XcelRents are simply made by email, phone or fax. Simply use the Contact link in the Main Menu to send us an email with your request or questions. Please indicate the period you are interested in and the number of people in your party. Upon receipt of your request we will get in touch with you and, the availability permitting, initiate your booking. Please do not send any deposit until we have confirmed availability. Follow the links above to learn about our policy and payment modalities. You will also find a copy of our standard rental agreement. We will email the rental agreement to you so that you can fill it out, sign it and return it to us by email, or by fax or mail. Please read it carefully. By making a booking, returning the agreement or paying a reservation deposit, you implicitly acknowlege that you have browsed through our website, in particular, that you have read the property description and the rental agreement and that you agree with all the latter's terms, conditions and provisions. If you elect to return the contract electronically via email, doing so constitutes acceptance of all terms and conditions. You may be asked to sign a hard copy upon arrival. |
