Because it is simple, fast, safe and free of charge for our clients, we recommend making online payments using PayPal (secure payment with a credit card).
However we do also accept payment by bank transfers (bank details will be communicated to you upon request) and, in rare instances, cash or check payments. We accept payments in Euros and US dollars.
Rates quoted throughout this site are in Euros, for low season and indicative only. They are subject to change without prior notice depending on availability, season and rate of exchange. Please inquire about ongoing rates when checking on availability.

A 50% reservation deposit is payable upon reservation (this deposit is not refundable: we advise you to purchase a travel insurance policy).

The 50% rental balance is payable at the latest 4 weeks prior to the arrival date. It is refunded only if the cancellation occurs at least 4 weeks prior to the arrival date: we advise you to purchase a travel insurance policy).

A EUR 300 security deposit is payable together with the rental balance or upon arrival. A portion of this deposit (EUR 60* or the equivalent in foreign currency) is payable cash upon arrival. The rest can be paid by check that will not be cashed. The deposit is refunded upon or within 10 days of checkout. (It is always refunded in case of cancellation).

Failure to settle unpaid dues or the security deposit upon arrival will cancel the booking. All sums paid to XcelRents will be forfeited. |
