Rates are degressive: the longer your stay, the lower the rate per night is. They are all inclusive (except phone calls).
- The first week is 6 nights. Additional weeks are 7 nights.
- Add 15% during high season and 15% for triple occupancy.
- Fixed per night rates may apply for Christmas and the New Year.
- 1-week minimum length of stay may apply during summer or high season months.
- Sceurity deposit: € 300 (€ 400 in case or triple occupancy or for longer stays).
- Rates are indicative only and are subject to change without notice.
For comparison purposes, rates for a standard double room in neighboring hotels in the Marais are currently between € 150 and € 250 per night.
